They Thrive in bright and direct light, and are drought tolerant only water when soil is thoroughly dry. The plant sap can cause an allergic reaction especially to those with latex allergy, handle with caution. They are native to South Africa.

Plant is yellow and red from winter they turn back to green during the warm months.
